Bellboy Travel is a “Boutique Style” travel designer team, equipped and dedicated to creating and planning customized trips-of-a-lifetime, every time. Through a good understanding of our clients’ wishes, and the tools of our professional and living experience, we plan the perfect getaways using our knowledge not only in travel, but also research, hotel and hospitality management, services, and consulting.

While working on planning your perfect trip, we want you to be completely satisfied with the results and, of course, with the experience. Our planning process is a “living project” and very flexible, with room for changes at anytime in order to make sure all of your needs, likes, timeframe, and budget are all met.

Bellboy Travel can help you achieving the trip of your dreams. We aim to provide you the best travel experience, from the initial request, through the planning process, all the way to the completion of your trip, you will receive personal and private support from our dedicated team. We make sure that no details are overlooked, so you can simply enjoy and marvel at the wonderful places you will be visiting.

We have conducted personal visits not only to the destinations but we also test the accommodations to ensure that you only experience the best from our service providers. We work very closely with you to make sure we meet all of your needs, likes and budget. We provide you 24/7 assistance should there be anything you may need during your travels – be it restaurant reservations, missed trains or flights that need to be rebooked, and we always try to stay in touch during your stay, in case you have any questions and/or comments.

If we are at the location where you are or will be, we will be happy to personally meet you and spend time with you to discuss your itinerary and answer any questions you may have about your trip. Upon request, we will also travel with you as your personal host. Behind the scenes, we also keep in regular contact with our suppliers to find out how everything is going during your travels. Last but not least, we do not have fixed prices, each and every journey that we craft is tailor-made just for you and according to your budget.

Our Founder

Martha Olano is the founder and Managing Director of Bellboy Travel.

With over 20 years travel industry experience, Martha uses her extensive professional expertise, network and formal education (BS in Hotel Management from the University of Houston, and Master Degree in Travel and Tourism Management from Florida International University), to craft incredible journeys across the world, and help make beautiful, life-long memories for countless travelers.

With an exciting beginning as owner/creator and manager of a Boutique Hotel in Arles, famous southern France “Provence” region, Martha has always been fascinated by interpersonal relationships and the lasting impact of close encounters, and those who know her have always come to her for advise and to get help organizing their travels, or to get the perfect details and travel tips that only a real connoisseur can give. This led to the creation of Bellboy Travel.

Martha’s passion for people and for traveling, enhances her talent for matching travelers with the perfect places and experiences, and is at the heart of the difference she, as a travel designer, can add to your travel experience. Martha’s perpetual passion for cultures and languages, and her extensive studies and travels in different countries, mean she knows the world like no other. Tucked up her sleeve are an abundance of spectacular secrets and hidden gems which she is delighted to share with you.
